Update Feb 2010

Alot has happened since my last post... jeez im slackin on the blog posts ha ha well mid september i met this guy. Heres the story... I was at club XS with my bestie Mindy and our friend Clinton. Well clinton was a little tipsy and wanted to kiss mindy (which i dont blame him cause she is super pretty) but i told him no he couldnt kiss my bestie cause i dont have anyone to kiss.(but i just said that cause i knew mindy didnt want to kiss him) Well... he goes oh ok and then just disapears ha ha well me and mindy just started talking and then about five or ten minutes later Clinton comes back with this guy. Hes not much taller than me but the first thing i notice is his amazing blue eyes and his adorable smile and dimples. Clinton announces that he brought me back someone to kiss so that he can kiss my friend. I just laughed at him cause i didnt think he was being serious. Well he was being serious and was talking really loud telling us to kiss. lol i know figured out just how much he wanted to kiss my friend. Then this guys friend comes over and says "Dude if you dont kiss her i will "Well just so that he would stop announcing to the club what was about to happen i leaned over and gave him a kiss. I was embarrassed but this guy was pretty cute. Well i tried to keep a conversation going with him for a few minutes but he was really shy and didnt seem like he knew what to say. So i walked back over by Mindy and was talkin to her for a minute and then that guys friend comes back over to me and says hey heres my number call or text me sometime i was like oh ok. So i dont see them for the rest of the night. Well the next day was sunday and i texted Drew and told him he should give my number to his buddy i kissed last night. Well i guess it took him a couple days to get the guts to text me back. I get this text sayin " Hey whats up" i was like who's this? He says " Your makeout partner" ha ha and then we texted every day after that and i hung out with him again that next weekend and we have inseperable since. "That Guy"s name is Richie by the way. We have been dating for almost 6 months now. He is the love of my life and how we met is still crazy to me but im glad that we did :) I now live in Vernal with him, im still working at North Eastern Services in Vernal, I still have my beautiful Truck and my cute puppy that is now a dog. Life seems to be looking up even more this year which is awesome. Other than i am filing for bankruptcy to take care of my bills that i was left with in my divorce. And my job has dropped my wage and my hours for some stupid economy reason. But other than that life is just awesome :) Thats pretty much it til my next post :)

just an update...

So life is still as crazy as normal... couple things changed tho. Probably first of july or so i was offered to live with my best friend mindy. Of course i jumped on it cause i would get to hang out with her all the time now. and i also love her kids like they are my little nieces. I have been here since then and lovin it. For some strange reason me and her dont get annoyed with eachother and we never have the whole 2 and a half years we have known eachother. We have never argued or anything and thats weird seeing we are so much alike. But it seems to be workin out great. The end of july i was at work and one of my co-workers brought in an adorable puppy named max. I immediately was wanting a puppy. So for work we took all of our individuals to the animal shelter to check out their puppies. They had some cute ones and i fell in love with a german shepard puppy and was immediatley sure i wanted to take him home. I filled out an adoption application and waited a few minutes for the ladies to go over it. They came back in and explained that since i did not bring a dog from 6 years prior to get her shots with them i could not adopt. How ridiculous?! i was heart broken. My friend lacee went in and tried to get him for me as well as her grandma. They denied them too. I felt determined to get him but it just wasnt working out for me. So i thought i would wait out the weekend and see if i could work something out for monday. Well the next day was friday.... curious to what KSL had for puppies i looked up prices for german shorthair puppies. I was thinking over that thursday night about what the best dog i ever had was and it was my puppy koda who was a german shorthair chocolate lab mix. So i typed in German shorthair... First ad popped up 250 buck for purebred german shorthairs... i was like wow there is no way. so i scrolled down and went through every single page of german shorthairs. The very last ad caught my eye but i looked at how long it had been posted and thought to myself there is no way free german shorthair puppies were still available after a week of the ad being posted so i didnt even bother. Then after lunch i had this feeling to find that number and call just to make sure. So i did and sure enough they had 2 girls left. i immediatley drove to neola and picked them both up. My other co-worker wanted one too. When i got there to get them i thought it would be hard to choose which one i wanted. But i knew as soon as the first little one ran up to me and jumped up on my leg that that puppy was going to be my new best friend. She is so hyper but she is smart and is potty trained all ready. She sleeps with me and is my little furnace on cold nights. She now sits and gives me five lol giving me five is just placing her paw in my hand its soo cute. Onto the next awesome change in my life... the last three or four months my little mazda protege has been havin problems and when i have other people besides me in it going uphill it shifts really hard and it would scare the hell out of me. So i figured it would be cheaper to go out and trade it in for a new vehicle before i had to dish out the cash for a new transmission. So i looked up cars on KSL and in the nickelads and the standard and around at the local car dealerships and i just couldnt seem to find a good car that i really really wanted. Then my friend brenda called me and told me she was down to mark down motor lookin at trucks for herself and said there was a couple cute cars down there. So i went down there and had him give me a trade in value on my car and took a look at what he had on the lot. I was immediatley drawn to the trucks but knowing what my dad would say about that i turned to the cars. Nothing was of interest to me. So just for fun i asked to take a chevy pickup for a test drive. It was gutless for a 8 cylinder i couldnt believe it. so i pulled back in and he said there was an 07 they had just got in and it only had 26 thousand miles on it. Yeah right i thought ha ha but just for fun i took it for a test drive. I jumped in and immediatley fell in love. It was just a basic model with no power windows or anything extremely fancy but i still loved it. So i called my dad just to humor myself cause i already knew what he would say. Well he said no. Then a week later it was gone... i was of course sad. Then the next day it was back. I went in and i took it up to my dads and showed it to him and let him take a look because mark down was actually sellin it well below retail value and they were going to be giving me 1500 more for my trade in than anyone else would so i was really gonna be getting a killer deal on it if i did get it. Well my dad took a long look over the whole truck and took it for a drive. He came back and said "Its nice... ill think about it" ugh i was not happy with that answer with me being the impatient person i am ha ha. Well 4 days later he caved in and i got my truck. Has taken me 3 weeks to think of a name for her but i think i may have it now. Anastasia Beaverhousen... ha ha i know its completely ridiculous but it fits my truck... cause in my opinion... its completely ridiculous to me that i even have such an amazing truck that i have always dreamt of having :) if anyone asks me what that means i have a very humorous answer. So if you wondering just ask me and ill tell ya lol. But yeah life is lookin up this year. Got me an adorable puppy and an amazing truck.... i think my life is almost complete ha ha not really but its gettin there. But thats pretty much an update on my life up to now.

Im sooo new to this... thought i would try it out

Well for anyone that is interested in knowing whats going on in my life here ya go :) First for those of you that havent seen or talked to me in years ill give ya an update. Shortly after high school graduation in 2004 i became engaged to i guess you could say my high school sweetheart Dave Wilkerson Jr and was married on December 10th 2004. Im not going to go too much into detail on that because as im sure everyone has heard i am now divorced. We was married for almost 3 years and divorced in July of 07. We ended on civil terms tho thankfully. I then moved back home with my parents until May of 2008 and then moved out to Salt lake with two of my long time friends Tiffany and Jackie Blain. I had an awesome job working at the Huntsman cancer hospital. I lived out there for 3 months but city life just was not for me. Im a country girl through and through i found out and i love being closer to my family. I then moved back home for about a month and found an awesome Job at North eastern Services in vernal taking care of disabled adults. My moms little brother (my uncle) chuck rented me a room in his basement for a really good deal and i loved the idea of being on my own. I have been living there and also working at North Eastern Services (NES) Since August of 2008. Since then i have mainly been working, spending time with family and friends, and Golfing with my little brother up until April when Zach left on a mission to South carolina. That was tough!! I can honestly say that was almost as tough as a divorce lol but its a totally different emotion i guess. He is doing sooo well and i am so proud of him. My life is pretty much the same as it has been for the last year.Planning on a trip with my bestie Mindy to vegas in the end of august which will be a first for me im extremely excited!! Hoping to go see the white tiger exhibit. Well thats about it for now lol hopefully i know what im doing with this blog thing lol
